Attendance Reminders - absence line, independent study contract and more:  If your child is absent, you must notify the office via email or phone.  The absence call line is 714.963.8302 - press 1 when the recording begins or email Monica Jagiello at:  Please understand that it is not the responsibility of the teacher to notify the office as attendance verifications MUST come directly from the parent/guardian.
Please remember that we are monitoring student attendance and must decrease our chronic absenteeism rate to below 10%. Chronic absenteeism is missing 10% or more of the school days.  If there is a need for your child to miss 5 or more days of school, please request an independent study contract TWO weeks prior to the date of the first absence so that we are able to complete the required paperwork and the teacher is able to pull work together for your student.

PTSA Buddy Families for Next School Year

We are looking for Hawes families that are interested in being "buddies" with new parents and families coming into our school in the fall to help them feel welcomed and so they have someone they can turn to with questions.

Please fill out the quick form if you're interested in being a "buddy" with a new Hawes family.
