Be Hawesome

Dear Hawes Families,

I hope all the mothers had a wonderful Mother's Day! As we move into this busy and exciting month of May, I want to take a moment to celebrate all of the incredible mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, and special adults who pour love, encouragement and care into the lives of our students each and everyday. Your support, partnership, and unwavering dedication help our Hawks SOAR, and we are deeply grateful for all you do.

May is always one of the busiest - and most joyful - months of the school year! From performances and field trips to open house events, celebrations, and end-of-year activities, our campus is filled with energy, learning, and special memories in the making. Thank you in advance for your flexibility, support, and partnership as we navigate a full calendar together.

We encourage families to continue checking ParentSquare regularly for important reminders, updates, and event information throughout the month. Together, we will finish the year strong while celebrating the growth, accomplishments, and spirit of our amazing Hawes students.

Thank you for being such an important part of our Hawes community.

In Partnership Always,

Dr. Fran Hansell

We are excited to invite our Hawes community to some laughter, music, and family fun as well roll into the end of the school year together. Events like these help strengthen the connections that make Hawes such a special place for students and families alike.

Hawes Beach Day

We are excited to invite our Hawes families to a fun and relaxing Hawes beach day on Sunday, May 17! This is a wonderful opportunity for families, students, and staff to come together outside of school to connect, laugh, play, and enjoy time as a community by the ocean. This is an informal family event, and all children must be supervised by a parent of guardian at all times.

We hope many of our Hawes Hawks can join us for a day of sunshine, smiles, and community connection. See you at the beach!
